To be able to full fill our promises we need to be highly trained professionals. Excelerate Computer Services is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Cisco Certified Network Associate, and hence invests heavily in ongoing training and accreditation. This means we have been inspected and passed Microsoft certification exams AND Cisco certification exams. We are one of only a handful of Businesses in Sydney with the experience and training to achieve these important accreditation.

We prefer to be the 'Master' of the products we sell rather than a 'jack of all trades and master of none.' To do this we concentrate on products with quality, flexibility, reliability, strong market presence, and a good distribution and supplier support infrastructure. They are also selected for their ability to integrate to other products we sell and support. Thus continuing our focus on providing solutions not simply products.

We understand that if your network stops working, so does your company. It is for this reason, we support quality products. Their inherent reliability means lower failure rates, and therefore a lower Total Cost of Ownership over 2-3 years. In the event that a failure does occur, you can be assured that we will be available to rectiy your problems as soon as is possible, as your information is your business.

Transferring skills to clients is arguably our toughest challenge. There is no point in developing a great computer system if nobody is capable of driving it. Even though people's computer knowledge has grown over the last 10 years, the rapid changes in technology continue to provide challenges. Excelerate Computer Services recognise this and the support of clients is central to everything we do.
